Enhanced HA Technology
Enhanced HA tubes are composed of pharmaceutical-grade glass with a vacuum for automated blood collection.
Enhanced HA ensures consistency and quality, focusing on purity and maximizing recovery efficiency per mL of blood drawn. Over 70% of platelets are consistently recovered while achieving high elimination standards: over 99.5% of Red Blood Cells (RBC), and approximately 94.3% of Granulocytes (GRN). The result is a high-purity, reliable PRP-HA formulation.
They contain a Sodium citrate solution and a thixotropic separating gel, to isolate plasma and platelets from other blood components and produce a standardized leukocyte-poor composition.
The Sodium citrate anticoagulant is fully-reversible and pH neutral, lending to a considerably higher patient tolerability and enhanced ease of use.
The Enhanced HA™ Kit is composed of sterile non-pyrogenic tubes designed to prepare autologous Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) combined with Hyaluronic Acid (HA) from a small sample of a patient’s blood for external use only. The combination of PRP and HA obtained with Enhanced HA kitis designed solely for topical external and is to be administered for use only by a licensed professional trained or certified in phlebotomy. Each EN-HA Kit contains 1 (ref: EN-HA-1) or 3 (ref: EN-HA-3) EN-HA tubes in independent blister(s).
Each EN-HA tube contains hyaluronic acid gel, a thixotropic cell-separator gel and a liquid anticoagulant. The EN-HA tube helps prepare about 4mL of a PRP/HA (1:1) mixture. The EN-HA tube is for single use only and is designed to be used with appropriate sterile single-use phlebotomy materials.
Intended Use of the Device: The Enhanced HA™ kit is designed to prepare a mixture of PRP and HA solely for external use and is to be administered for use only by a licensed professional trained or certified in phlebotomy. SINGLE USE ONLY.
Enhanced HA is available in two varieties: EN-HA-1, and EN-HA-3
EN-HA-1 contains One (1) Enhanced HA tube for a ~4mL with vacuum sufficient for a ~4mL blood draw volume.
EN-HA-3 contains Three (3) Enhanced HA Tubes with vacuum sufficient for a ~4mL blood draw volume in each.
Active Ingredient(s):
- 2 mL Hyaluronic Acid Gel (20 mg/mL, 40 mg per tube)
- Purpose: Skin Hydration
Inactive Ingredient:
- 6 mL Sodium Citrate 4.0%

- Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
- Do not use if the packaging and/or tube are open or damaged.
- Do not use the sodium citrate solution or other tube components alone.
- Do not use after the expiration date.
- It is always recommended to use universal precautions to protect against exposure to blood or body fluids.
Sterility
The tubes are sterilized by moist steam and then packaged in single blister packaging under low germ atmosphere. Do not re-sterilize.
